• Kaivoranta is open throughout the year
• Pets are allowed in the Kaivoranta. The charge per pet is €50 per booking (pets are not permitted in the Hoviniemi and Kuutinpesä)
• The villa is non-smoking
• You can use your own bedding and towels or rent them from us. The price is €15 per set
• Bring your own shampoo, soap and laundry detergent.
